Your Day to Day

Conduct market research and data analysis to support development opportunities across Vietnam and the wider region.
Contribute to reports, case studies and ad‑hoc projects across the development team.
Assist with competitor analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare presentations, pitch materials and proposals for potential hotel projects.
Support the management of development data and track project progress.

What We Need From You

Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
Currently in the final year of a degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality or a related field.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of financial and business concepts.
