Key Responsibilities:

Assist in executing recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives (content creation & design).
Collaborate with the TA team to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Create, update, and maintain recruitment- related reports and candidate databases for efficient data centralization.
Support end- to- end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and follow- ups.
Support talent mapping and sourcing for specialized roles across tech and non- tech functions.
Prepare and update presentation decks, reports, and other recruitment- related documentation.

Requirements:

Logical thinker with strong problem- solving skills.
Good at Excel and experience with data management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Previous internship experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is a plus
Quick learner, proactive, and able to work independently.
Good design skills, especially Canva, for creating engaging content.
Final- year student in Business, HR, Marketing, or related fields.
