Assist in administering surveys and other tools to collect feedback and measure current engagement levels.
Advocate for and assist in the implementation of programs and policies that promote mental and physical health.
Work closely with People stakeholders to ensure engagement initiatives are aligned with broader People strategies.
Support the creation and rollout of initiatives, events designed to improve employee morale, productivity, engagement and retention.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Open to fresher with a strong interest in employee engagement
Good English skills
Prefer candidates who can work full- time
Good physical health; hardworking with strong learning agility, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure
