JOB DESCRIPTION
This is not an assistant role. It is a central position with real editorial and creative responsibility.
Bloomy is actively growing its presence on the French market. Our digital community is being built, and our social media presence is gaining momentum. We are looking for someone to take full ownership of our digital strategy execution — from content creation to community management — and help Bloomy grow across its three core audiences.

Social Media Strategy & Management
· Own the day- to- day management of our Instagram, TikTok and Facebook accounts
· Run ongoing competitive and trend watch to surface relevant opportunities for Bloomy
· Adapt tone and format to each platform and target audience (Gen X, Y, Z)
· Propose, plan and execute a monthly editorial calendar including organic and media campaigns
◆ Content Creation
· Write engaging captions that stay true to the brand voice — direct, sincere, sensorial, no over- promises
· Contribute to website content writing and updates (bloomycosmetics.com)
· Organize product photo and video shoots (packshots, lifestyle content)
· Conceive and produce visual and written content: carousels, Reels, Stories, short- form video
◆ Community Management & Engagement
· Identify and reach out to aligned influencer and micro- influencer profiles
· Contribute to building digital partnerships and collaborations
· Animate the community: respond to comments and DMs, build genuine connections with our audience
· Monitor and analyse content performance (reach, engagement, saves, conversions) and recommend adjustments
◆ Reporting & Optimisation
· Formulate concrete recommendations to improve content strategy
· Conduct regular audits and benchmarks of competitor brands on social media
· Produce a monthly digital performance report
REQUIREMENTS
◆ Education
· Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s degree in digital marketing, communication or business school with a digital specialisation
◆ Skills
· Proficiency in Instagram & TikTok — their algorithms, formats and codes
· Comfortable with visual creation tools: Canva (essential), Adobe Suite — Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator (a plus)
· Genuine interest in beauty, clean beauty, skincare or wellness
· Ability to work independently and proactively — you propose, not just execute

· Curious, organised and creative — you can hold an editorial calendar without losing sight of the bigger picture
· You have an eye for aesthetics and a real feel for brand storytelling
· You have an instinct for what works on social media and what rings false
◆ Languages
· English is essential, French is a plus
