Responsibilities:
Teaching Assistant hours in class
Taking classes as requested
Having substitution as requested
Classroom Management
Control and take care of students in class
Assist students in class/during the course
Support teachers in class/during the course
Assign and mark homework
Course Administration
Deliver letters
Prepare students for exams, Cambridge
Check students’ attendance daily
Prepare and distribute course books, materials and merchandise
Report any incidents or problems to TAO
Update students with course progress information
Learning and Development
Attend Workshop and Training as requested
Customer Care
Calling Letter New Course
Support Events (end of course, enrichment, ESOL …)
Support in re- enrolment tasks when requested
Support in delivering and collecting CSS from parents (K&J)Support in handling requests and complaints
Report students’ progress- results (monthly)Call parent for absent students
Tutoring weak students
Others
Support center when requested
Pastoral Responsibilities:
Promote a positive, confident and happy learning community when dealing with teachers, parents or students.Encourage and enforce an English speaking environment for all students within the school classrooms. No communication in Vietnamese should be allowed during and within English classes.Work closely with other staff members as a team to ensure students’ progress are well documented and communicated.Work and communicate professionally with colleagues.Assist in marketing programmes and parent discussion groups and other programmes to promote the school and its philosophies as/when required.Support and implement the student code of conduct
