KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Workforce Planning & Organizational Development
Participate in job evaluation and job grading framework development
Execute workforce planning activities and support manpower strategy development under manager guidance
Support organization development initiatives, including restructuring, role optimization, and workforce efficiency improvement
Support workforce cost analysis and productivity optimization
HR Systems, Policies & Performance Management
Participate in designing and improving Performance Management systems (e.g., KPI, OKR, appraisal frameworks)
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of talent management and performance evaluation processes
Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and frameworks aligned with company direction
HR Projects & Change Management
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of HR initiatives
Support organization transformation and HR projects across functions
Support change management initiatives and facilitate alignment during organizational changes
Data Analysis, Research & Continuous Improvement
Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis to propose actionable improvements in HR practices and organizational effectiveness
Analyze HR data, develop reports/dashboards, and provide insights to support decision- making
Translate data insights into practical recommendations for continuous improvement
REQUIREMENT
Experience
3–5+ years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to HR Planning, Organization Development, or HR Strategy
Hands- on involvement in projects related to organization restructuring, HR transformation, or policy development is an advantage
Experience in MNC or FMCG companies with 500+ employees is preferred
Skills & Competencies
Proactive, detail- oriented, and execution- focused
Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS, LMS, or workforce management systems)
Strong analytical thinking and problem- solving skills
Consulting mindset with good stakeholder management skills
Good command of English
Ability to research, synthesize information, and translate into practical solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, data analysis, reporting)
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
