As one of Everfit’s visionary Heads of Engineering, you’ll partner closely with Product and AI leadership across the US, UK, and Vietnam to architect the next generation of our platforms, shape a high- performing engineering culture, and turn technical excellence into global impact.
Position Overview:We’re building the next generation of global wellness: a B2C marketplace where anyone can find the perfect coach- no matter their goals, personality, budget, or location, and AI coaching sidekicks that help coaches program, track progress, and unlock deep insights in real time.

This is not a ground- zero build, it’s a scale- stage mission. You’ll take the strong foundation of Everfit’s products and evolve them into world- class systems that deliver speed, stability, and intelligent personalization at scale.
You’ll play a pivotal role in building Everfit’s engineering hub in Vietnam, driving innovation, mentorship, and world- class execution. This is a role for a visionary builder who leads with clarity, scales with precision, and believes technology can unlock human potential at every level.

Lead across products: Drive multiple engineering initiatives across B2B SaaS and consumer platforms, ensuring seamless integration and consistent product quality.Collaborate globally: Partner closely with Everfit’s co- founders in San Francisco, the
Shape the culture: Grow, mentor, and inspire high- performing engineering teams in Vietnam- building a culture where ownership, learning, and excellence are the norm.
Scale with confidence: Oversee architecture, infrastructure, and DevOps to support rapid scaling while maintaining resilience and operational excellence.
Head of Product in the US, and global leaders in the UK to align technical vision with company strategy.
Architect the future: Design and evolve Everfit’s core systems and platforms to scale from hundreds of thousands to millions of users — with speed, security, and reliability at every layer.
Raise the bar: Establish and champion engineering principles that drive technical clarity, efficiency, and excellence across global teams.
Innovate with purpose: Deliver AI- powered systems that personalize wellness at scale- making Everfit the backbone of fitness and human performance worldwide.

Global Collaboration: Comfortable working in English and collaborating with international teams across time zones (US, UK, and Vietnam).

Product Builder Mindset: Hands- on experience shipping and scaling platforms serving hundreds of thousands to millions of users- from MVP to global scale.
Proven Leadership: 10+ years of experience leading engineering organizations in startups or global tech companies, with a strong record of building and mentoring high- performing teams.
Scale & Growth Experience: Demonstrated success in growing engineering teams from dozens to 100+ members, ideally within a Series B or later SaaS environment.
Strategic & Hands- On: Able to move seamlessly between big- picture architecture and detailed execution; you lead by doing and communicate with clarity.
Technical Excellence: Strong background in software architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), DevOps, and security.
