JOB OVERVIEW
The Head of IT is responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle for the Build System Program (Retail, F&B, Loyalty, ERP, DMS, HRM…). This position will report to the Board of Directors, requirespractical project management experience with a portfolio of systems integration projects, responsible for planning, organizing, and managing schedules, scope, and resources. (internal, external and supplier) and costs, cooperate with other stakeholders within the Company to develop and integrate business solutions, as well as upgrade and maintain.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze detailed requirements for each module to be established, discuss with the project implementation unit to put the data into the system in the most optimal way.
Directly discuss with the project implementing unit about additional needs or problems when using the system.
Other work as assigned by BOD.
Manage the enterprise&039;s information technology system, promptly fix existing technical problems and errors and develop appropriate preventive measures.
Experience the system performance and evaluate the suitability of the feature for each individual component.
Develop documentation for using features on the system.
Build IT team and consult IT strategy for BOD.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Proactively manage relationships with business stakeholders, including status meetings, claim gathering and status reporting and analyzed the market trends on software.
Take responsibility for the progress and quality of the assigned projects.
Advise and plan to prevent incidents for the company&039;s information technology system.
Responsible for overall management of the System including planning and project management, implementation (Retail, F&B, Loyalty, ERP, DMS, HRM…) and future arising needs (according to business needs).
Training, guiding and supporting relevant departments to use and operate the features on the system.
Monitor project operation, run tests, assess suitability in each phase.
Participate in infrastructure support and support end- user
Be responsible for the acceptance of features with the project implementing unit.
Evaluate department performance and prepare reports.

Qualification and requirements:
Knowledge: Bachelor or IT Engineering or related courses Business Process – Project Management – Technology.
Experience: Have 8+ years of experience in a project management leadership role in all phases of the project lifecycle. At least 5 years of experience in IT system management or more.
Competencies required for the job necessary knowledge required for job:
- English skill: Good_English
- Good organizational skills; have good writing, coordination and presentation skills; and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate leadership and internal consulting capabilities, Ability to work effectively in cross- departmental teams.
Other requirements: Be able to work under high pressure, be honest.
