Head of Restaurant Hostess

Lead by example and foster a positive, team- oriented work culture.
Ensure hostess tools and systems (e.g., reservation software) are used effectively and accurately.
Support marketing efforts by promoting seasonal offers and special events to guests.
Monitor guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and politely.
Oversee daily hostess operations and ensure smooth guest reception and seating flow.
Maintain a professional and welcoming front- of- house environment.
Manage hostess team schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with restaurant management to ensure alignment with service standards and policies.
Handle booking inquiries and coordinate with restaurant and event teams for special arrangements.

High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Ability to speak and write in English fluently
Korean language skills preferred, to better serve Korean- speaking guests and coordinate with Korean teams
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer skills (Excel, email, etc.)
Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints with patience, diplomacy, and quick problem- solving
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional demeanor
Customer- focused mindset with a passion for hospitality and service excellence
Proven experience in a hostess or front- of- house supervisory role, preferably in a high- volume restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff

13th, 14th month salary
Service charge from 1,000,000 VND/month
24 workdays per month
