Head of Sales (Medical Devices)

Strategic Sales Management:
Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
Set and monitor KPIs to drive revenue growth across Vietnam.
Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to adapt strategies.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, coach, and manage a team of regional sales managers and representatives.
Monitor team performance and provide regular training to enhance capabilities.
Distributor & KOL Engagement:
Ensure effective implementation of marketing and educational initiatives.
Identify, appoint, and manage key distributors and partners.
Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Customer Relationship Management:
Visit major hospitals and decision- makers regularly to strengthen partnerships.
Oversee key account management and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
Ensure CRM and sales reports are updated and reliable.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, budgeting, and market insights to senior management.
Compliance & Ethics:
Promote ethical business conduct across the sales team and partners.
Ensure all sales practices are compliant with company policies and MOH regulations.
Yêu cầu công việc
Willing to travel extensively across Vietnam.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales within the medical device industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
Experience in working with tender- based selling and reimbursement processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business or equivalent.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth and team performance.
Strong network in hospitals (public and private)
