To monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products.
Set up KPIs for all sales members to follow
Report to Managing Director.
Other related jobs under the assignment of Managing Director.
To align your sales efforts with other departments and including pricing decisions.
To build, monitor + drive all sales activities of customers within your control, ensuring prospects are identified, qualified
Nurtured through the sales pipeline so as to close profitable and sustainable customer deals.
To regularly review customer portfolios with team and related Department.
Guide and support all sales members to gain businesses
To report customer feedback to other related department, supporting resolutions as required.
Obtain the personal target and annual set target of whole sales department
Yêu cầu công việc
Freight forwarding experience is a must.
Bachelor degree in Business Management, Major in Economic/ Foreign Trade/ Maritime with major in logistics, port management and shipping.
Sales experience in Shipping/ Forwarding / Logistics with 5 years background of management is preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Teamwork spirit.
Be able to generate profitable business to company.
