Head Of Tech (AI - First)

What We‘re Looking For

We are hiring a Head of Tech to lead the transformation into an AI- native, automation- driven organization.
This is a high- impact leadership role for someone who can architect and deliver AI systems that replace
manual work- not just enhance it.

About the Role

Collaborate cross- functionally (CEO, COO, Product)
Architect AI- native systems with autonomous AI agents
Replace manual processes with AI automation
Lead engineering with an AI- first mindset
Implement LLM- driven workflows (RAG, routing, matching)
Deploy internal AI copilots for Ops, Sales, Product, Support

Experience Required

Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, vector search, AI agents
3+ years tech leadership
Startup experience is a plus
7- 10+ years software engineering

Success Indicators (First 90 Days)

50- 70% of key workflows automated by AI
Internal AI copilots actively used
AI agents running in production
Technical architecture for scale established

13th- month salary (applicable from the probationary period).
