Thực hiện báo cáo theo yêu cầu của Spa Manager/Director và hỗ trợ trong các hoạt động quảng bá.Prepare reports as required by the Spa Manager/Director and support promotional activities.
Phân công công việc hằng ngày cho kỹ thuật viên, đảm bảo vận hành trơn tru và đáp ứng nhu cầu phục vụ khách.Assign daily tasks to therapists and ensure smooth spa operations meeting guest demands.
Trực tiếp thực hiện các liệu trình trị liệu/massage chuyên nghiệp cho khách khi cần thiết.Perform professional spa treatments and massages for guests when required.
Theo dõi và kiểm soát tồn kho tinh dầu, mỹ phẩm, khăn, nến và vật dụng spa.Monitor and control inventory of essential oils, cosmetics, towels, candles and spa supplies.
Hỗ trợ xây dựng các gói dịch vụ, liệu trình mới và chuẩn hóa quy trình vận hành spa.Assist in developing new treatment packages and standardizing spa operating procedures.
Kiểm tra phòng trị liệu, máy móc, thiết bị và vật dụng trước – sau mỗi ca; đảm bảo sạch sẽ và đầy đủ.Inspect treatment rooms, equipment and supplies before and after shifts to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
Phối hợp với Lễ tân Spa và các bộ phận khác để đảm bảo phục vụ khách mượt mà.Coordinate with Spa Receptionist and other departments for seamless guest service.

Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản là lợi thế.Basic English communication is an advantage.
Kỹ năng lãnh đạo nhóm, giao việc và giám sát hiệu quả.Effective team leadership, task delegation and supervision skills.
Thành thạo các kỹ thuật massage/ trị liệu như Swedish, Thai, Hot Stone, Body Scrub, Facial…Proficient in techniques such as Swedish, Thai, Hot Stone, body treatments and facial therapies.
Sức khỏe tốt, sức bền tốt để thực hiện trị liệu dài và liên tục.Good physical condition and stamina to perform long or repeated treatments.
Tối thiểu 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm kỹ thuật viên Spa, trong đó có kinh nghiệm hỗ trợ quản lý/giám sát là lợi thế lớn.At least 2–3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist; supervisory or lead role experience is a strong advantage.
Có chứng chỉ nghề Spa/Massage/Trị liệu từ trung tâm đào tạo uy tín.Professional certification in Spa, Massage or Therapy from a recognized training institution.
Tác phong chuyên nghiệp, giao tiếp nhẹ nhàng, kỹ năng chăm sóc khách hàng tốt.Professional demeanor, gentle communication style and strong customer service skills.
