Helpdesk Intern

- Hỗ trợ cài đặt, cấu hình và bảo trì máy tính, máy in, thiết bị văn phòng.
Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and office equipment.
- Hỗ trợ xử lý sự cố liên quan đến phần cứng, phần mềm, mạng nội bộ.
Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and local network issues.
- Hỗ trợ cấp/thu hồi tài khoản người dùng (email, ERP, Microsoft 365, VPN…).
Support the provisioning and deactivation of user accounts (email, ERP, Microsoft 365, VPN, etc.).
- Hỗ trợ hướng dẫn người dùng các thao tác IT cơ bản/ Provide basic IT guidance and instructions to end users
- Kiểm kê, cập nhật tài sản CNTT/ Perform IT asset inventory and updates.
- Ghi nhận và theo dõi ticket hỗ trợ IT trên hệ thống/ Log and track IT support tickets in the system.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của quản lý IT / Carry out other tasks assigned by the IT Manager.

- Hiện đang học năm cuối chuyên ngành phần cứng, mạng máy tính, hoặc khoa học máy tín.
Currently studying in the final year of majoring in hardware and computer science.
- Có kiến thức cơ bản về:- Windows OS, Office 365; Cấu trúc mạng LAN/Wi- Fi- Phần cứng máy tính
Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365; Understanding of LAN/Wi- Fi network structure- Basic knowledge of computer hardware
- Sẵn sàng học hỏi, chịu khó, cẩn thận/ Willingness to learn, detail- oriented, and diligent.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, có tinh thần hỗ trợ và chủ động/ Good communication skills with a supportive and proactive attitude
- Có chứng chỉ hoặc kiến thức cơ bản về mạng (CCNA) hoặc Microsoft là điểm cộng.
- Ưu tiên Có kinh nghiệm thực tập/CLB IT/troubleshooting là lợi thế/ Experience with IT internships, IT clubs, or troubleshooting is a plus.
Having basic networking or Microsoft knowledge/certifications (e.g., CCNA) is an advantage.
