* Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows and Linux operating systems.- Address power and network- related problems.- Maintain and repair computer hardware and peripherals.- Assist users with IT- related queries and provide excellent customer service.- Document and track issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.- Pulling network cables, connecting lines of technology devices- Disassemble and assemble IT- related devices- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the IT department.- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.- Solve problems with DNC and MES stations in a manufacturing environment.* Required Skills and Qualifications:- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.- Experience with network troubleshooting and power management.- Excellent customer service and communication skills.- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.- Experience with IT ticketing systems is a plus.
