JOB DESCRIPTION
As a key support to the HR Department, you will be involved in:
Timekeeping & Leave Management:
Assist in resolving attendance issues (late in/early out, overtime registration) and manage leave requests (annual leave, sick leave, unpaid leave, etc.).
Consolidate and verify daily/weekly/monthly attendance data.
Payroll Support:
Assist in reviewing payroll sheets before approval and answering basic payroll- related inquiries from employees.
Input and verify employee data, salary, and allowance details.
Social Insurance (SHUI) & Personal Income Tax (PIT):
Prepare documentation for Social Insurance procedures (increase/decrease reports, sickness/maternity claims, etc.).
Support in registering Personal Tax Codes and dependents for employees.
HR Administration:
Draft and archive Labor Contracts and contract appendices.
Update personnel information on the HR management system.
Assist in preparing periodic HR reports (personnel fluctuation, salary costs, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS
Plus: Basic knowledge of Labor Law and Social Insurance Law is an asset.
Attributes: Detail- oriented, careful with numbers, high sense of responsibility, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Education: Final- year students or fresh graduates majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or related fields.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PIVOT TABLE) are a significant advantage.
Availability: Able to commit to a 3- 6 month internship.
