Key Responsibilities
We are hiring Fresher/Junior Technical Recruiters to join our Hanoi team. This is a hands- on
● Achieve 1–2 successful placements per month (KPI).
● Source and engage software engineering talent across multiple channels (e.g.,
LinkedIn and Facebook).
● Brief candidates on the role, the client, and Inspius; manage expectations throughout
the process.
● Conduct initial screenings; coordinate technical/written assessments and interviews.
● Guide candidates through the assessment stages, provide feedback, and maintain
timely communication.
● Support onboarding and provide post- placement follow- up.
Note: Recruitment strategy and job description clarification with clients are handled by the
Team Lead.
Must- Have Requirements
● At least 6 months’ experience recruiting software engineers (internship/part- time
experience counts).
● Experience making successful placements for English- speaking roles and
coordinating written technical tests.
