JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sales Assistant will support the Sales Leader/Manager in various tasks, including but not limited to:
• Handling contracts, acceptant minutes (AM), and other necessary documents.
• Making reservations and tracking bookings.
• Following up with relevant departments on pending tasks.
• Finding potential customers to set up meetings and send quotations.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Sales Leader/Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Open to fresh graduates, no prior experience required.
• Strong logical thinking, quick learning ability, and adaptability.
• Good at Englis
• Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
