Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities
Switchboard
Answer and route telephone calls
Take and handle messages
Reception
Answer inquiries for the general public
Schedule appointments when requested
Maintain conference room schedules
Receive or send out messenger/ courier items
Provide information and assistance to clients and customers
Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate person or department
Administration
Apply visa/passport/temporary resident card for employees and company guest if required.
Order and deliver stationeries upon request of the Departments.
Manage and report Aon Insurance Claim Form.
Perform ad hoc duties as requested Manager.
Make monthly report and payment request for some expenses like: car, taxi, grab, phone, air ticket, courier, namecard, office hygiene items…
Record and keep all company documens/certificates in order and safety.
Support for some company events (weekly/monthly/yearly): Detox day, Pizza Day, Year End Party, Outing trip…
Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures
Arrange company car, taxi card, grab car, business card, car/motorbike parking.
Perform other duties as requested by TA Manager.
Job Qualifications
Careful and hard working.
Experiences in admin works such as office management, car, hotel and air ticket booking.
Computer literacy is compulsory.
Diploma degree, fresh is welcome.
