This position plays a key role in the strategy for reducing workload in non- core operations
and allows for allocating more resources to core business. Tracing support is responsible for the daily monitoring of outbound shipments from the shipping origin through delivery to the destination. This focus is on time delivery to the destination. This position has a direct impact on our ability to meet our customers’ expectations, as well as playing a vital role in achieving customer satisfaction.
► Cargo tracking/tracing
• Follow up on the cargo status for export/import freight in shared files/ Internal systems to update
status of shipment from ATD – ATA Port/ Destination/ Door.
• Tracking and tracing of daily shipments with spreadsheet and report creation as needed
• Master BPO Tracing format as well as client’s exclusive files.
• Understand shipping schedule, vessels for LCL/ FCL shipments based on tracking tools.
• Monitor shipments & follow tracing timeline daily/ weekly to update and inform related Departments.
• Receive and respond to questions and issues from internal staff regarding customers’
shipments, timely and with a sense of urgency.
• Communicate timely with the related team and relay information.
• Be in charge of the accounts assigned by the manager.
• Additional duties as needed
• Focus on key details on the exact specifications of shipments.
Job Requirements
► Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Economics, International Trade, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
• At least 6 months of experience working in the logistics industry or global forwarding companies.
• Experience with all aspects of operational procedures.
► Required Skills/Abilities:
• Good time management skill.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, especially excellent in Excel (Pivot).
• Strong self- motivation.
• Good analytical and problem- solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Working Conditions and Benefits:
- Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October)
- Working Place: TTC Building, No. 19, Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Dist, Hanoi City
- Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
- WFH Policy: work from home up to 2 days per week after 6 months of employment
- Insurance: 24 hours’ Accident Insurance, 100% Social Insurance, Health Care Insurance
- Annual Salary Increase: once per year
- Working time: Monday to Sunday with 2 flexible working days off, 3 shifts: Morning shift: 8:00- 16:30; Evening shift: 16:00- 0:30; Night shift: 0:00- 8:30
