RESPONSIBILITIES
Build reports using internal data, optimizing overall affiliate channel performance.
Assist in developing the overall Paid Media & Affiliate strategy.
Identify target customers and Business opportunities.
Collaborate with affiliates to ensure their ROI aligns with agreed parameters while fostering a mutually beneficial partnership.
Provide publishers and partners with all necessary information, tools, and support to effectively promote all brands.
Growing the affiliate network by identifying new potential publishers and actively onboarding them, including affiliates, influencers, paid media, etc.
Serve as a first point of contact for all affiliates.
Monitor the competitor space and adjust strategies accordingly.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE
Have good communication, negotiation skills.
Good English (or Chinese) or both.
Min 1 year of experience at Account Executive, Customer Service, Sale... role
Priority is given to candidates with experience in the field of communications, advertising, marketing.
Ability to analyze and evaluate the market.
Graduated with a major in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing...
GOOD TO HAVE
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and related software.

About TingX / DinosTingX by Dinos is an Affiliate Networking platform focused on connecting brands, offers, and growth opportunities with a strong network of publishers, affiliates, and community collaborators.
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive who can take ownership of branding, community building, and content- driven growth, with a strong focus on attracting and engaging Chinese publishers, affiliate partners, and community contributors.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build trust, influence, and momentum within niche B2B /B2C affiliate ecosystems — especially through content, community, and strategic communication.
Create campaigns and engagement activities that help convert community members into active publishers / partners / contributors.
Build and nurture branded communities across relevant channels such as Facebook Groups, Telegram, Discord, WeChat, TikTok, forums, and other publisher ecosystems.
Develop and execute community- building strategies to attract, engage, and grow a network of Chinese publishers, affiliates, and collaborators.
Lead branding and communication efforts for both TingX and Dinos within the affiliate marketing / performance marketing / publisher ecosystem.
Develop messaging, communication angles, and storytelling that resonate with Chinese- speaking publisher audiences.
Support both corporate branding and personal branding initiatives for company representatives / key opinion voices when needed.
Build and strengthen the platform’s positioning as a trusted affiliate networking ecosystem for publishers, especially in the Chinese market.
Ensure all content supports the goal of publisher acquisition, engagement, activation, and retention.
Plan, create, manage, and optimize content across the company’s owned media channels
Produce B2B / affiliate- oriented content designed to attract and educate publishers as Social media posts, Case studies...
Conduct research on: Chinese publisher behavior, Market opportunities and content angles
Understand the pain points, motivations, and content consumption habits of target publisher audiences.
Translate market insights into actionable campaign, branding, and content strategies.
Work closely with the Leader and internal teams to build monthly / quarterly marketing plans aligned with business and growth goals.
Support the planning and execution of online/offline events, webinars, workshops, and community activations targeted at publishers and affiliate audiences.
Collaborate with the Media / Design / Product / BD / Partnership teams to produce communication assets
REQUIREMENTS
Experience leading or independently driving campaigns, projects, or growth initiatives is highly preferred.
Strong preference for candidates with experience in B2C Marketing such as: Platform/App/ Digital Ecosystems
Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, Community Marketing, Content Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
Good understanding of strategic marketing planning and practical growth- oriented execution.
Strong capability in community building, brand communication, and content strategy.
Ability to create marketing initiatives that not only generate awareness, but also attract and activate real publisher users.
Strong logical thinking, structured planning, and clear communication / presentation skills.
Familiarity with web analytics, social media insights, and basic performance tracking tools.
Ability to interpret trends, community behavior, and campaign performance to improve results.
Good knowledge of market research, audience insight analysis, and data- driven marketing.
Understanding of how to use content and community to support lead generation and user growth.
Hands- on experience managing and growing content/community on channels such as: FB/ Tiktok/Telegram..
Proactive, independent, and execution- oriented mindset.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross- functional collaboration skills.
Ability to work closely with internal teams including Design, Media, Product, Business Development, and Leadership.
Ability to work with or create content for Chinese- speaking target audiences is a strong advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and common marketing / content / analytics tools.
