JOB DESCRIPTION

Lập báo cáo tài chính, báo cáo thuế định kỳ (tháng/quý/năm)
Làm việc với cơ quan thuế, kiểm toán, ngân hàng khi cần
Theo dõi dòng tiền, kiểm soát chi phí, đảm bảo tính minh bạch & tuân thủ pháp luật
Hạch toán thu – chi, doanh thu – chi phí, công nợ phải thu/phải trả
Thực hiện toàn bộ nghiệp vụ kế toán nội bộ & kế toán thuế của công ty
Lập và kiểm soát hoá đơn, chứng từ, sổ sách kế toán
Phối hợp với các bộ phận vận hành để chuẩn hoá quy trình kế toán – tài chính
Kê khai & quyết toán thuế (GTGT, TNCN, TNDN…) theo quy định

REQUIREMENTS

Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Kế toán / Tài chính / Kiểm toán
Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí kế toán tổng hợp
Có kinh nghiệm làm cả kế toán nội bộ và kế toán thuế
Nắm vững chuẩn mực kế toán & quy định thuế hiện hành
Cẩn thận, trung thực, trách nhiệm cao
Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm trong du lịch – dịch vụ – F&Bdu lịch – dịch vụ – F&B
Chủ động, có khả năng làm việc độc lập

JOB DESCRIPTION

Perform tasks relating to the common goals of the company.
Perform other duties as required by Operation Manager.
In charge of organizing cooking class, coffee class and assigning jobs to staff.
Excellent communication and customer sense.
Sending recipes, asking for reviews and responding to customers reviews.
In charge of contacting customers for logistics arrangement.
Solve all problems that happened before, during and after the class.
In charge of responding to customer’s enquiry for Rose Kitchen- Cooking Class and Coffee Class – Su Quan.

REQUIREMENTS

Customer oriented mindset.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and oral).
At least 01 – 03 years working experience.
Ability to withstand pressure
Have experienced in Operation, Customer Care, Hospitality, Tourism is a plus.
Able to start working as soon as possible.
Willingness to work flexible hours.

BENEFITS

Salary review once per year (depend on Company business and staff working performance).
Company vacations and motivation activities (tea breaks, intimate parties, etc.)
Health insurance and other benefit will be offer according to Vietnam Labor Law.
Base salary: 12,000,000 VND – 15,000,000 VND
Paid 12 days off per year according to Vietnam Labor Law and a free day off with fully- paid salary on your birthday
