JOB DESCRIPTION
We are building a structured B2B sales engine in the AI data and digital services space.
This is a long- term growth track toward Sales Operations Lead or Account Manager.
You will work directly with the Head of Revenue to build and optimize a scalable sales system — from lead research to CRM ownership and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & CRM
Classify, clean, and manage lead data
Own and maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline tracking
Monitor follow- up schedules and ensure discipline across pipeline stages
Generate weekly sales performance reports
Lead Research & Qualification
Identify decision- makers and validate potential fit
Categorize and prioritize leads based on defined ICP criteria
Research AI companies, enterprises, and data- driven businesses
Update AI trends and terms
Campaign Execution
Track open/reply/conversion metrics
Prepare and send outbound email campaigns
Execute structured follow- up cadence
Pre- sales Support
Summarize client requirements and meeting notes
Prepare draft proposals and company profiles based on templates
Conduct industry and competitor research
Others
Create social media blog/poót
Build sales materials: sales kit/ case studies/…
Support Business Development Manager on personal branding
REQUIREMENTS
What We’re Looking For
Must- have
Flexible, adaptive, and good at human sensing

Strong logical thinking and structured mindset
Good written English (clear, concise, professional)
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRM systems
Able to read and understand technical or AI- related materials
