SENIOR HR

Talent Management & Development (40%)
* Coordinate with the Recruitment team to support hiring and ensure a smooth candidate and onboarding
experience.
* Facilitate performance review cycles and support managers in creating effective development plans
for departments.
* Identify training needs and organize learning opportunities that support employee growth and
leadership development.
* Support in building career development and retention initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Relations (40%)
* Serve as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees on complex HR matters, including
performance feedback, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and career development discussions.
* Support a positive work environment through engagement initiatives, team activities, and internal
communication.
* Provide coaching and advice on aspects of people management, leadership practices, and company
policy.
HR Oversight (20%)
* Oversee core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal changes,
promotions, and offboarding.
* Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Vietnam labor laws and internal company guidelines.
* Identify strategic opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance the effectiveness of internalprocesses
* Maintain accurate HR records and track key HR metrics to support better decision- making.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related
fields.
• Good English communication skills (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+), able to work
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to work independently and cross- functionally.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Generalist / HRBP / HR Manager roles.
• Excellent communication, problem- solving, and stakeholder management skills.

CHÍNH SÁCH ĐÃI NGỘ
• Full social insurance based on gross salary; 12 annual leave days.
• Transportation allowance: VND 500,000/month.
• Probation: Up to 02 months, 85% salary + 100% allowances.
• Lunch allowance: VND 40,000/day.

• Salary: VND 20,000,000 – 40,000,000 (gross)
