Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with other related business development and operational tasks as assigned
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business development materials
Research and identify potential partners, clients, and market opportunities in the tourism and related sectors
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategies
Support the Business Development team with outreach activities and follow- ups
Support the development and maintenance of relationships with partners, travel agents, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

Proactive, detail- oriented, and eager to learn
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Commitment to working in line with the core values and social mission of the organization
Good research, analytical, and organizational skills
Prior experience or academic background in business, marketing, economics, tourism, or related fields is a plus
