Recruitment and Onboarding:
● Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated accurately.
● Conduct new employee orientation and assist in the onboarding process.
● Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads, screening CVs, and arranginginterviews.
Employee Relations:
● Assist in resolving employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other concerns.
● Support the implementation of employee engagement activities.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:

The Marketing Executive will assist in the execution of marketing and communicationsstrategy for our company. The following are the types of work you’ll actually perform:
Marketing
● Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on digital channels (Facebook,LinkedIn, Twitter, Website, etc.)
● Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration inpromotional activities

REQUIREMENTS

Tender Documentation Management & Execution

Review Bidding Documents (Invitation to Bid – ITB/HSMT), analyze requirements and eligibility criteria;
Monitor, identify, and update potential tender/bidding opportunities (both domestic and international);
Coordinate with internal teams (Business, Project, Finance, etc.) to develop methodologies, pricing, and proposal content;
Ensure timely preparation and submission of bidding documents.
Prepare and complete Bidding Documents (HSDT), including legal documents, company credentials, quotations, proposals, and technical materials;
Ensure quality, formatting, and compliance of all submitted documents in accordance with the requirements of the procuring entity;

Tender Process & Related Procedures Management

Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders throughout the bidding process;
Monitor and manage the entire bidding lifecycle: preparation – submission – clarification – negotiation – award;
Track progress and update the status of all bidding packages.
Support contract preparation and completion of post- award procedures;

Legal Documentation & Compliance

Work directly with government agencies on licensing, compliance, and administrative procedures;
Support legal documentation and procedures for new business activities or expansion;
Maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, and tender records systematically;
Prepare, review, and manage legal documents for submission to government authorities and for tender participation;
Monitor submission timelines, ensuring accuracy and on- time completion;
Coordinate with internal teams to collect, verify, and consolidate required documents;
Assist in preparing tender documentation for projects related to the public sector;
Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

Internal Coordination & Data Management

Coordinate with internal departments to collect, verify, and consolidate information for tender submissions;
Maintain and update tender databases, reports, and tracking systems;
Support documentation related to contracts, invoices, and payments during project implementation.

Office Administration & Operations (Supporting Role)

Coordinate daily administrative tasks, logistics, and office operations to ensure smooth business continuity;

REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or related fields

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experiences in tender administration, bidding documentation, legal, or government- related roles

Competencies – Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Good knowledge of legal regulations and administrative procedures;
Proven experience in bidding/tender processes (government tenders, large- scale projects, or international tenders preferred);
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

REQUIREMENTS
