JOB DESCRIPTION

Checks andinvestigates failed shipments deliveries or pickup when needed
Ensures thecompletion of administrative and/or operational tasks for front- lineoperations, including data entry, dispatch activities, pickup & deliveryrelated reports
Safely managesand internally moves all consignments within our depot
Responds toinquiries from customers in relation to shipment pickup and delivery
Labels and sortsconsignments to the correct delivery area with high accuracy
Adheres to FedExprocesses, procedures and controls, and regulatory requirements
Performs otherduties as assigned
Runs clear andeffective communication and collaboration with other cross- functional teams
Worksharmoniously and effectively as a team to ensure efficient turnaround time

REQUIREMENTS

Atleast two (2) years of relevant work experience
MinimumEducation High school education or equivalent Minimum Experience
ForAssociate level, no prior experience is required Knowledge, Skills andAbilities
Englishproficiency is a must.
Workingknowledge of Microsoft Office & PC, strong in Excel is preferred
Stronginterpersonal and problem- solving skills
Provenexperience to work in a fast- paced environment with strict timelines
Provenexpertise in planning & organizing, with strong accuracy & attention todetail
