About the role
As the Accounting Intern at KKday Vietnam, you will be responsible for:

Support in posting accounting entries into local accounting software
Perform other tasks as requested by the line manager
Support in arranging and storing records, documents and accounting data
Support reviewing invoice requests from customers compared to revenue reports and prepare information for output VAT invoice issuing
Support receiving and checking input invoices from suppliers for tax filing, payments and bookkeeping;

To be successful in this role, you must:

Commit working for 6 months
Work on- site full time or at least 30 hours/week at KKday Hanoi Office

We would love to hear from you if:

You are final year students (Major in Accountancy) or fresh graduate students with a strong academic knowledge in Accounting. Finance & Banking, Audit
You are proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel) & Google sheets
You willing to learn and responsible for work
You have good command of English (required) and Chinese (preferred)
You have good analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
You have strong organisational, time management skills and effective communication skills
