As a Corporate Strategy & Transformation Intern, you will support strategic initiatives and transformation programs that drive business growth, operational excellence, and digital innovation. This role provides hands- on exposure to high- impact projects, working closely with senior leaders and cross- functional teams.

Strategic Analysis & Insights

Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking within insurance, fintech, and digital ecosystems
Analyze internal performance data to identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements
Support development of strategic frameworks, business cases, and presentation materials

Transformation & Project Support

Assist in planning and tracking key transformation initiatives (digital, operational, customer experience)
Support preparation of reports, dashboards, and progress updates for leadership review
Coordinate with stakeholders across departments (Product, Sales, Ops, Tech) to ensure project alignment

Communication & Stakeholder Collaboration

Prepare high- quality presentations for internal leadership meetings
Assist in facilitating workshops or working sessions when required
Work closely with cross- functional teams to gather data and insights

Strong analytical thinking and problem- solving skills
Interest in insurance, fintech, or digital transformation is a strong plus
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (data handling, basic analysis)
Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English
Final- year student in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields
Self- driven, detail- oriented, and able to work in a fast- paced environment
