Enable smooth store openings in the North and ensure stable operations from day one.
Visualize skill levels, ensure product quality, and enhance staff motivation.

Skill test
Skill test・Support planning and scheduling of Skill Test execution in coordination with MD and Academy・Establish and maintain operational standards and procedures for Skill Tests・Verify and measure Skill Test content against MD plans and actual store conditions・Evaluate overall effectiveness of Skill Tests and propose improvements・Support Yearly Skill Contest if any
Project & Other task- Plan and measure the improvement projects in the store- Support other project of team- Check out store&039;s activities and evaluation- Other task assign by Manager
New Store Open・Plan OJT and OFFJT training, including staff transfer to new stores・Plan and coordinate manpower support during store opening・Review block layout, detailed layout, tools, and equipment ordering to ensure safe and efficient daily operations(Scope to be clearly aligned with MD)・Propose improvements to daily operations, procedures, and operational readiness
Retail Technical Training・Coordinate with Academy to plan and execute training schedules for Retail Trainees at all levels・Develop and update technical skill training modules aligned with staff development needs (annual update)・Deliver on- site OJT and follow- up to ensure skill application and retention in daily operations

Ready to business travel
University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects. (For internal candidates: Accept College & RT3)
Operation and training experience at least 3 years
Over 5 years experience in retail market.
Detail oriented and be able to handle multi- tasks.
