As Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in Content marketing and Digital marketing. This role will provide you with opportunities to develop strong research and writing skills, learn how to create
content that is friendly to search engines, and understand how digital marketing drives business growth. You will work closely with our Digital Marketer to enhance our online presence by creating and updating various marketing materials. As you progress, this internship will help you build practical digital marketing and content skills in a professional environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Research and write SEO and GEO weekly blogs to promote our services and other marketing materials.
- Create and edit landing pages to promote our services, recruitment projects, and reports.
- Ensure all content is engaging, well-structured, and aligned with our brand tone.
- Assist the Digital Marketer in resolving website technical errors that impact performance and search rankings.
- Support the Marketing team with digital projects and administrative tasks as needed.
- Pursuing or recently completed bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and ability to work on multiple projects
- Strong command of both English and Vietnamese (written and spoken)
- Basic understanding of Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics or SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs) is a must.

Candidate Management
- Utilize a multi-channel sourcing plan to connect with passive candidates

- Interview candidates within corporate guidelines to assess competencies and motivation
- Provide pre-interview advice to candidates
- Support successful candidates in salary negotiation
- Conduct candidate reference checks
- Follow up all placements to ensure retention of fee
- Develop and maintain good relationships with core candidates to ensure loyalty.
- Interact with clients or Recruitment Team Leader to understand job roles and requirements
- Accurately interpret clients' person specification and identify suitable candidates through effective job matching
- Present qualified candidates to clients
- Be involved in salary package negotiation between successful applicants and clients
- Prepare recruitment report to update clients on progress, identify challenges and propose solutions
- Provide market trends to clients as part of service
- Ensure fulfilment of client vacancies within agreed timeline
- Support clients in employer branding activities
- Maintain and update accurate and complete records on all clients and candidates into database
- Ensure continuous growth of the candidate database whilst maintaining its integrity throughout all dealings
- Ensure prompt billing and collections.

- 01+ year of professional experience in full cycle recruitment
- At least bachelor’s degree in related field
- Professional in Microsoft Office operation
- Good verbal and written communication in English

As a Consultant, your main responsibility is to handle the operating task of Staffing & Outsourcing team; bringing the excellent services to our value clients and associates. You will work closely with Team Leader/ Manager of Convenience South Vietnam.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
HR general
- Manage and Process monthly payroll to Payroll & Staffing Clients of Payroll team include single and multiple accounts; manage and input master data, timesheet, all kind of payroll reports (salary, payslip, PIT, insurance, labor…)
- Handle the initial setting up of new payroll clients and give necessary advice on other admin set up to Payroll clients
- Manage and coordinate with team in insurance and PIT registration/ report, including insurance claim and benefit.
- Manage all processes of new hires, termination, labor contract, onboarding documents and reports in compliance with current regulations
- Manage & follow up all kinds of leaves of associates including annual leaves, unpaid leave; sick leave…
- Cooperate with HR team for induction training to associates
- Monthly catch up with associates in working places, support and conduct meetings with associates to settle issues at site with clients
- Manage all HR admin related tasks with support from admin team.
- Together with team leader - to communicate with existing clients on requirement of new scopes (within terms and conditions that agreed in existing Service Agreement) included preparation of quotation, extension of service contract.
- Support or join with manager in reviewing with current clients regarding outsourcing/ staffing service.
- Providing input to team and manager in operating process and local regulation/ requirement that impact to service delivery.
- Daily consult and update clients/ associates with all legal/ labor and services related issues.
- Monthly report to client and regional/ global account management team.
- Manage clients and monthly process of billing & payment.
- Control and manage outsourcing cost, reconcile P&L report.
- Work with team in improving procedure and service delivery.
- Support clients in related payroll reports, audit as needed.
- Others task as assigned by manager.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in human resources or related HR services, strong C&B, especially strong payroll process
- Must possess effective communication skill (English - written and verbal) and customer service skills.
- Solid on-site experience.
