JOB DESCRIPTION

- To control production activities according to GMP, GDP, 5S, Bioburden, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001 standards at all times.
Kiểm soát các hoạt động sản xuất theo các tiêu chuẩn GMP, GDP, 5S, Bioburden, ISO 13485 và ISO 9001.
- To supervise and ensure technicians to perform daily monitoring on the operating machines, setting parameters and ensure it is compliance of standards/ specification.
Giám sát và đảm bảo kỹ thuật viên thực hiện việc theo dõi máy móc vận hành hằng ngày, thiết lập các thông số và đảm bảo tuân thủ đúng tiêu chuẩn/ thông số kỹ thuật.
- To collect all data related to productivity, quality and work with team or related department to initiate the improvement action.
Thu thập tất cả dữ liệu liên quan đến năng suất và chất lượng, đồng thời phối hợp với nhóm hoặc các phòng ban liên quan để đề xuất và triển khai các hành động cải tiến.
- To co- operate with QM/IPQC/Project team to create detailed validation plans (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new products, machines, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
University degree in Automation and Control Engineering Technology/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Electrical/Electronics Engineering/Manufacturing Technology/Mechatronics Engineering or technical background.
Good English, right communication with person and organized skills.

Documentation System Control & Complaint Management Control:
- Support SOP creation/revision, training activities (IMS, Bdocs, GDP), and GDP walkabouts.
- Prepare documentation and complaint reports (weekly, quarterly, MQR).
- Ensure timely document review and control of external documents.
- Coordinate complaints for exported and imported products, ensuring updates, communication, and timely investigation closure.

Validation:
- Develop risk analysis documents for equipment and machinery as part of the validation and compliance process.
- Support validation activities, including participating in training on validation processes, production processes, test methods, and testing procedures.
- Assist Validation Engineers/Validation Team in executing validation tasks and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and standards.
- Prepare validation documentation, including drafting validation protocols and validation reports.
