Update daily/weekly reports and maintain accurate material planning databases.

REQUIREMENTS

Organized, detail‑oriented, and willing to learn.
University degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Good reporting skills; proficient in Excel. Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query is an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability, and teamwork skills.
Proficient in English with strong communication skills.

Export Shipment Coordination

Manage export shipmentplanning in collaboration with the PMS team.
Generate and maintainexport shipment reports.
Prepare required documentsfor Certificate of Origin (CO).
Work with shippinglines/forwarders to obtain booking confirmation.
Prepare and maintain exportshipment files on SharePoint.
Review export commercialdocuments, verify information, and confirm with forwarders for customsdeclaration.

RFQ& Cost Management

Coordinate with Regionaland Global teams for tender RFQ processes.
Run spot RFQs to sourcelogistics and freight costs for export shipments.

Payment & Documentation Handling

Review invoices and arrangepayment to shipping lines/forwarders.
Collect, prepare, andorganize soft and hard- copy documents related to export/import shipments.

TaxRefund Support

Collect and print requireddocuments for tax refund procedures.
Check document accuracy andprepare necessary files following guidance from the Executive.

REQUIREMENTS

Proficient in English andMicrosoft Office.
Able to manage multipletasks and priorities, supported by strong conflict‑resolution and problem‑solving capabilities.
