[HN] Tổ Chức Hợp Tác Phát Triển Đức GIZ Tuyển Dụng National Interns "CPFA section / Country Office" Full-time 2026

Main responsibilities:

Contract, procurement, finance and accounting workflows at the Contract and Procurement Finance and Accounting (F&A) teams include arranging and maintaining contracts, procurement, voucher documentation, financial processing.
Event logistics includes materials preparation and meeting notes taking.
Professional translation (English to Vietnamese and vice versa) in an office environment.
Organization of training/coaching sessions on contract, procurement, finance, and accounting topics to gain insight into capacity building and knowledge sharing at GIZ.
Team meetings and exchanges with projects to know about cross- project coordination and internal communication processes at GIZ.
Contract life cycles include contract implementation, payments monitoring until vouchers filing.

Requirements:

Good communication skills and wish to learn in a multicultural team.
Eager to learn and develop skills in a professional environment.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; willingness to improve IT skills during the internship.
Basic command of spoken and written English, with a willingness to further improve language skills.
Vietnamese citizen, who is in the last two years of their study or graduated not more than 6 months from university on the related fields.
Ability to manage time effectively under guidance.
