[HO] - Project Housing Loan Development Manager

Product Strategy and Development
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor offerings to maintain product competitiveness.
• Define and manage product features, credit policies, and pricing frameworks in collaboration with Risk, Operations, and Compliance teams.
• Lead the end- to- end development of project housing loan products — from market research, product design, pricing, to launch and performance tracking.
• Drive digital and automation initiatives to simplify processes and enhance customer experience.
Real Estate Project Analysis
• Maintain and update the approved project portfolio with regular performance review.
• Evaluate project feasibility and risk- return balance for cooperation approval.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of real estate projects — including legal, financial, progress, and developer reputation aspects.
Business Development and Partnerships
• Develop project- specific business plans and drive implementation with sales and branch networks.
• Directly negotiate cooperation agreements to support project loan distribution.
• Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships with major real estate developers and agencies.
Business & Performance Management
• Ensure all activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
• Develop business plans for project- based sales and track achievement.
• Monitor sales performance, loan quality, and profitability; propose corrective actions.
