Check guest Passport/ ID at Casino entrance
Rooms admin & control
All necessary daily & periodic reports
Monitoring player&039;s average bets / guest gaming profile
Rooms & Main Hall
Maintaining the reception & information HTR counter including HTR Lounge
Answering phone calls and checking emails
Assisting in F&B and other services in the Property
Handling guests&039; problems and complaints
Supporting role on all casino events and promotions
All other paper works and customers database
Issuing room and food vouchers/ coupon following Marketing Program
Taking daily head count
Rooms reservation, transportation (Shuttle bus), etc
Casino Membership Enrollment/Take care for Member card related
Assisting guests to check- in and check- out

Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English.
Knowledgeable all existing promotions
Excellent customer service skills
All procedures, policies, guidelines
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays and weekends.
Presentable and cheerful
Prefer Height: 1.6m & Weight: around 48kg.
Competence on Computer and Sequel program.
Knowledgeable about the services of the company
Good PR skills
Programs, room guidelines etc.
