Manage daily restaurant and bar operations.
Handle guest feedback and operational issues.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Supervise staff and ensure service quality standards.
Monitor sales performance and optimize revenue.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Bachelor’s or College degree in Hospitality or related fields.
Have 5+ years of experience in F&B operations roles.
Have knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
