Job Summary
CJ Foods Vietnam is seeking a highly motivated and results- driven Horeca Sales Leader to manage B2B Sales Team:
Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, ensure efficient business operations, and achieve set revenue targets.
Develope and manage the company&039;s sales distribution system in the B2B channel.
Implement sales strategies, manage and support distributor teams.
Optimize sales performance to contribute to the sustainable growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintaining good relationships and supporting distributors in business development.
- Handling arising issues and ensuring distributor satisfaction.
Building and Implementing Sales Strategy:
- Coordinating with the marketing department to develop appropriate promotional programs and sales strategies.
- Proposing and implementing sales activities to achieve set business targets.
Sales Performance Management:
- Analyzing sales data and making necessary adjustments to improve business performance.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of distributors and sales activities.
Sales Team Training and Development:
- Organize training programs, guide and support the sales team of distributors.
- Build a strong and professional sales team.
Financial Planning:
- Ensure the achievement of the company&039;s business targets.
- Plan the revenue, costs and profits of the distributor system.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience: At least 4- 5 years of working experience in a Sales Role in FMCG advantage/ over 2 years at same position .
Education: University Degree in Business, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
Skills
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build, manage, and develop an effective team.
Deep understanding of the market, sharp business acumen, and strong decision- making skills to seize opportunities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ensuring seamless coordination across departments to support customer development.
Extensive experience in customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
Proficient in data analysis, strategic reporting, and effective presentations.
Ability to set goals, create strategies, and execute plans to drive business growth.
