Hostess

Main responsibility:
Welcoming customers
Ask guests for table reservation information.
Greet guests as soon as they enter the restaurant.
Receive information and direct guests to their seats
• Coordinate other departments so that guests do not have to wait too long.
• Receive guest&039;s table reservation information and guide guests to pre- booked seats.
• Agile behavior to serve promptly and as quickly as possible.
Answering and consulting questions for customers.
• Record good and bad feedback from guests to summarize and then report to superiors.
• Guide guests to other areas in the restaurant&039;s permission when the customer needs.
• Hostess actively advises, introduces and recommends typical dishes/drinks of the restaurant based on the guests&039; interests/culture/age.

Requirements:

Other duties as required by superiors.
Ability to stay calm and perform various tasks
Strong customers and associate communication skills
Great time management Up- to- date knowledge of techniques and recipes
Over 2 years working experience in the international hotel or high- end restaurants.
Strong strategic thinking, team leadership and management skills
Able to understand and communicate in English
