Hostess (Lễ tân Nhà Hàng)

The Hostess plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience for our guests. This role requires a friendly, outgoing, and organized individual who can efficiently manage guest flow, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Seat guests promptly and efficiently, considering table availability and guest preferences.
Support accountant to issue daily VAT invoices.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
Work effectively as part of a team.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Manage the waiting list, ensuring accurate wait times and seating arrangements.
Provide basic information about the restaurant&039;s menu and specials.
Assist with reservations and inquiries.
Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized front- of- house area.

Strong organizational and time- management skills
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience as a Hostess or in a similar role (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong customer service orientation
Attention to detail
Fluency in English (essential), and Korean is a plus
