Hostess ( Lễ Tân Nhà Hàng )

Position Summary:The Hostess plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience for our guests. This role requires a friendly, outgoing, and organized individual who can efficiently manage guest flow, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:

Work effectively as part of a team.
Seat guests promptly and efficiently, considering table availability and guest preferences.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Provide basic information about the restaurant&039;s menu and specials.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Manage the waiting list, ensuring accurate wait times and seating arrangements.
Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized front- of- house area.
Assist with reservations and inquiries.
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
Support accountant to issue daily VAT invoices.

Attention to detail
Proven experience as a Hostess or in a similar role (preferred)
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English (essential), and Korean is a plus
Strong organizational and time- management skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment
Strong customer service orientation
