The Front Office Manager ensures the smooth operation of the reservations and reception department as per resort standard and optimizes profit to achieve the budgeted figures.
Key areas of accountability:
Consistent guest experience in the front office and reservations department
Training & development
Reporting & Administration
Coaching & performance review
Star Selection
Other duties are performed as assigned by the Head of Management.

Always present and preserve the image of the hotel/resort through correct behavior and attitude in dealing with colleagues and customers
Disciplined performer
Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in a similar position or higher at hotels/resorts.
Professional and well trained manner
Good English skills
Excellent knowledge of hotel/resort and its facilities, services and products
Good grooming
