Manage labor relations, discipline, and performance appraisal.
Plan recruitment, training, and staffing accordance with hotel standards.
Develop and implement the hotel&039;s HR system pre- and post- opening.
Develop salary, benefits, policies, and HR procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and international operational standards.

Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum 3- 5 years of HR experience in the hotel/resort industry.
Understanding of labor laws, good management and communication skills.
Experience in HR setup for a new hotel is a strong advantage.
