Hotel Intern (Korean Speaker)

This internship offers hands- on experience in hotel operations, guest relations, with a focus on serving our Korean- speaking guests and international clientele.

Key Responsibilities
• Participate in learning and development activities aligned with Hyatt standards
• Translate and refine bilingual communications (Korean–English) for staff and guests
• Contribute to a high- performing, service- oriented team culture
• Assist in guest relations, ensuring smooth communication for Korean- speaking guests

Requirements
• Nationality: Korean
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Languages: Fluent in English and Korean
• Education: Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Hospitality Management School
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence
