Manage budgets, cost control, and revenue performance
Monitor and improve operational efficiency and productivity
Oversee daily hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards
Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures
Ensure high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction
Lead, train, and motivate department heads and team members
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent problem- solving and decision- making abilities
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role in hotels or resorts
Strong knowledge of hotel operations and service standards
Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)
