Housekeeping Coordinator

Takes message for any maintenance or repairs, and sends repair order to engineering by form or phone.
Sends/follows up the written notices of housekeeping manager to all concerned and other departments.
Informs floor supervisors by phone for any instruction of housekeeping manager.
Receiving orders and requests of guests. Recording message in log book immediately when receiving call.
Operates/handles room status into computer.
Enters clean up room status into computer for information to front office.
Answers all calls within 3 rings and according to receiving call standard/LSOP.
Collects daily reports from all floor supervisors and distribute it to front desk, accounting and keep one copy in housekeeping file.
Before duty end, records all follow up matters into the housekeeping logbook for next shift to process.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good inter- personality skill
New graduate or at least 3 month training in housekeeping
Proficiency in English
Vocational diploma in any field
