Housekeeping Coordinator

Act as the central point of contact between housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance; relay guest requests, room status updates, and maintenance needs.
Prepare and submit reports on room status, staff performance, and maintenance issues to management.
Assist EHK in delivering daily workloads, schedule shifts, and ensure equitable distribution of tasks among housekeeping staff.
Maintain and monitor cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders to ensure availability and cost efficiency.
Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping, providing immediate solutions to maintain satisfaction.
In charge admin and coordination functions of Housekeeping department,
Follow- up other documentations and work flows of the department to keep EHK and relevant team- members on track.

Attention to details
Certificate in Hospitality Management or a related field (Housekeeping).
Communication and technical English
Hospitality- oriented and strong interpersonal communication.
Experience in Hotel operations
