Job Responsibilities
Report to founders. See it broken? Fix it.
Recruitment (70%)
Post jobs, schedule interviews, track pipeline
Source candidates on LinkedIn, Facebook, IT communities
Hunt raw talent, spot potential beyond the CV
Screen, interview, read between the lines
Challenge and improve the hiring process
Admin & Comms (30%)
Write internal updates (policies, onboarding)
Handle contracts, insurance, employee files
Manage HR budget and cost tracking
Buy office supplies when needed
Track renewals, compliance stuff
Keep Slack/Zalo/Email running smoothly
Support payroll
Requirements
Can use Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint
Own a laptop
1- 3 years in HR/recruitment (agency or in- house)
English: can read JDs and email candidates
Know how recruitment actually works
