Human Resource Duties
- Register the PIT code for new comers, update documents of PIT record
- Offer letter, manage staff profile, staff’s documents, labor contracts.
- Management the working time: finger pouch daily, staff movement, absent staffs, unpaid leave, annual leave.
- Payroll calculation monthly
- Introduce new comer to company, introduce company policy to new comer
- Recruitment, checking resume from candidates and choosing CV is suitable to pass to other department and invite candidate to interview
- Do the clearance for resign staffs.
- Notice / memo in the office.
- Daily attendance report to managers
- Work closely with Insurance/ Labor Dept: Declaration of increase /decrease employee, benefit, insurance payable, Trade Union activities.

Administrative Duties
- Office management: electric, water, internet, office rental, stationery, purchasing furniture, equipment, notarization of documents, photocopy, printing , repair and maintaining, keep cleaning and tidy up pantry room.
- Car booking, air ticket, hotel for business trip.
- Do the Visa, work permit, resident card for foreigners
- Work closely with management building about: all issues about office , parking card, elevator card, in- out cargo, …
- Organize team building, company trip, annual party
- Translate related documents, take minutes in meetings
- Work closely with accounting team about e- invoice, requests for payments, input expenses into system, documents relating.
- Keeping company stamp and stamp all requirement documents, keys of office
* Other tasks given by managers as a Personal Assistant for Country Manager: assist managers in documents, payments requests, etc.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Active, honest, study attitude
- At least 1 years experience in HR- Admin- Personal Assistant position
- Communication skills and can work independent
- English: 4 skills
- Knowledge in Labor law, Payroll and Social Ins
- Chinese is preferable
- College / University
