HR Admin (Bangkok based)
Responsibilities:
* Maintain office supplies inventory, anticipating needs and placing orders accordingly.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, maintaining calendars for management.
* Manage and oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
* Provide support with HR- related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and assisting with administrative processes.
* Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between employees and management, facilitating clear and timely communication.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the office.
* Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
Requirements:
* Prior experience handling visa and work permit processes is highly preferred.
* Familiarity with basic HR processes and procedures is a plus.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem- solving.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
* Proficiency in Google Suite applications, including Google Sheets and Google Docs.
